Andy Lee graduated Summa Cum Laude from Truman State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance. During his time there, he was the recipient of several musical and academic awards. He was a finalist in the 2001 and 2003 Concerto/Aria Competition, the 2003 Presser Scholar, Valedictorian, as well as the first performance major to graduate with general honors.
In 2006, Andy Lee completed his Masters in Music degree in piano performance at the UMKC conservatory under the direction of Prof. John McIntyre. He is currently working toward a Doctorate in Piano Performance, as well as a second Masters in Music Theory.
